President and Chairman

Lt. Gen. William K. Hotchkiss III (Ret.) is the founder of the William K. Hotchkiss Foundation. After retiring in 1999 as the Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, he established the Hotchkiss Foundation and went back to his hometown of Cantilan. His distinguished and professional career in the military service served him well as he joined Cantilan Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) as the President and Chairman that same year. In the years since, he established the Hotchkiss Learning Center and founded the Cantilan Bank Foundation, always guided by his passion and commitment to serve the community and protect the environment. In June 2012, Lt. Gen. Hotchkiss took a hiatus from the position of President of Cantilan Bank as he accepted an appointment in government as the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. He also continues to serve as a trustee in the Philippine Eagle Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to wildlife and forest conservation.
